I approach my work like a detective: gathering clues, piecing together evidence, and making thoughtful, informed decisions based on what’s really happening — not just what’s supposed to happen.
Beyond that, I see myself as a consultant to my team. Especially when we're navigating tight timelines or shifting priorities, I help steer us toward smart, resourceful solutions that serve both our users and the business.
